Terms & Conditions for the International AI Video Competition

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions regulate participation in the international AI video contest organized by the Loreum.ai platform.

1.2. Participation in the contest is free and voluntary.

1.3. By submitting an application and uploading a video, the participant confirms that they have read and fully accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Individuals 16 years of age or older may participate.

2.2. Each participant may submit up to three (3) video entries.

2.3. The participant guarantees that all submitted works belong to them and do not infringe any third-party rights.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. The contest accepts original AI-generated videos created using AI tools for generation, animation, visual effects, storytelling, compositing, or similar technologies.

3.2. Technical requirements:

• format: MP4
• resolution: 1080p or higher
• orientation: 16:9 or 9:16
• no watermarks or service logos

3.3. Submissions must NOT include:

• copyrighted content without proper licensing;
• real individuals’ likenesses or voices without permission;
• violence, abuse, pornography, discriminatory content;
• hate speech or harassment;
• political or religious propaganda.

3.4. Participants must ensure the use of properly licensed or self-created music, sound effects, models, images, and other materials.

4. Participation Procedure

4.1. To participate, a user must:

1. complete the registration form on the Loreum.ai website;
2. receive a confirmation email;
3. upload their work during the submission period.

4.2. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize Fund & Awards

5.1. Monetary Prize Fund

The total monetary prize fund is $3000. Prize distribution:

• 1st place — $1000
• 2nd place — $500
• 3rd place — $300
• 12 additional finalists — $100 each

5.2. Additional Awards

The Organizer may provide additional awards, including:

• special additional cash prizes;
• partner rewards;
• services, subscriptions, or tools;
• promotional support;
• priority placement;
• gifts or bonuses from partners or sponsors.

5.3. Payout Conditions

• All prizes are paid in USD or equivalent.
• All taxes, fees, and currency conversion costs are the participant’s responsibility.
• Winners must provide payment details within 7 days.
• Failure to provide details may result in reassignment of the prize.

6. Copyright & Licensing

Participants retain all copyright to their works. By participating, the participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• publish the work on the platform and social media;
• include it in galleries, selections, and promo materials;
• publicly display and showcase it;
• use excerpts for trailers or educational/promotional content;
• adapt it for technical needs (subtitles, previews, etc.).

Commercial use beyond these purposes requires explicit consent of the author.

7. Participant Warranties & Liability

The participant guarantees:

• they are the author or rightful owner of the work;
• they have permissions for all used likenesses or voices;
• the work does not violate third-party rights;
• all materials used are licensed or self-created.

The participant is responsible for resolving any legal claims and compensating the Organizer for damages.

8. Moral Rights

The Organizer agrees to credit the author’s name or pseudonym whenever technically possible.

9. Personal Data

Participants consent to the processing of their personal data solely for contest-related purposes.

10. Contest Changes & Force Majeure

The Organizer may modify rules, schedules, or procedures by publishing updates.
The contest may be suspended or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Prizes already awarded remain valid.

11. Final Provisions

Submitting an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
