Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“User” — any person who visits, views, or interacts with the Platform.

“Creator” — a registered user who uploads or distributes films, books, games, videos, or any other content created with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), or publishes their own original works on the Platform.

“Content” — any materials, including text, video, audio, images, or interactive elements, uploaded or made available through the Platform.

“AI-Generated Content” — content that is wholly or partially created or enhanced using artificial intelligence technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using Loreum.ai, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized promotions.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Terms for Creators

If you are a Creator, the following additional terms apply:

• You retain full ownership of your content but grant Loreum.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, distribute, promote, and display your content on the Platform and associated media channels.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of your content with these Terms and applicable laws.
• You may set your own pricing and licensing terms for your content within the rules and technical limitations of the Platform.
• Revenue Sharing. For all paid views, subscriptions, donations, sales, or other monetized activities related to your content, you receive 70% of the net profit after deduction of payment processor fees, intermediary charges, and applicable taxes.
• 30% is retained by Loreumai.com as a platform commission to cover infrastructure, promotion, and technical support.
• All fees associated with transferring or withdrawing funds (including banking fees, blockchain transaction costs, currency conversion, etc.) are borne by the Creator and deducted from the total payout.
• Payment Systems. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or other payment systems supported by Loreum.ai. The specific payment method may vary depending on the Creator’s country of residence and legal requirements.
• Loreum.ai reserves the right to remove, hide, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, intellectual property rights, ethical standards, or applicable laws.
• Content created using artificial intelligence must be clearly identified as such.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

The Platform may include materials that are fully or partially created using artificial intelligence (AI). Such materials may contain inaccuracies, fictional elements, or unintended results. Loreum.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of AI-generated content and is not responsible for any losses or consequences arising from its use or interpretation.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or other authorized payment systems. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or denied at the discretion of Loreumai.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, logos, text, interfaces, and software related to Loreumai.com are the property of Loreumai.com Team or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent. Creators retain ownership of their works but grant Loreum.ai the license described in Section 5.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and handle personal data. By using the site, you agree to these documents.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or applicable law;
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct;
• Misuse content or infringe on others’ rights.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loreumai.com Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from the use of the Platform. In any case, the total liability of Loreumai.com shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you to Loreumai.com within the last twelve (12) months, or (b) $100 USD if no payments were made.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loreum.ai Team, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Any content you upload that infringes the rights of others;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a trial by jury and participation in any class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall take place in the State of California, USA, in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts located in California.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update indicated above.
